Engineering Excellence in the Desert — Red Sea International Airport, Saudi Arabia

When precision, resilience, and innovation converge, the results redefine what’s possible in modern construction. The Red Sea International Airport project in Saudi Arabia stands as a prime example of JZM’s ability to deliver large-scale, technically demanding solutions that perform flawlessly under extreme conditions.

For this landmark project, JZM supplied Q235B steel curtain wall components and precision serrated steel brackets, each designed to meet CB/13912-2020 and AAMA2605 international standards. Every unit was processed through shot blasting, hot-dip galvanizing, and a three-layer fluorocarbon coating system—ensuring durability for over two decades against high UV exposure and sand abrasion typical of desert climates.

Our team employed automated robotic welding, CNC-based cutting, and real-time inspection systems to maintain sub-millimeter tolerances across every component. The result was a consistent, high-quality finish meeting both structural and architectural specifications.

Beyond manufacturing, JZM’s project management excellence ensured on-time delivery despite logistical challenges of remote-site coordination and international compliance verification. The project also underscored our commitment to sustainability — all galvanizing and coating materials met low-VOC and recyclable process standards.

This collaboration with leading façade and airport infrastructure partners reaffirms JZM’s role as a trusted global manufacturer for world-class architectural projects — where engineering precision meets enduring performance.
