The factory is equipped with a state-of-the-art suite of robotic and automated systems that embody the principles of intelligent manufacturing. At its core are 30 kW and 12 kW laser cutting machines with precision tolerances of ±0.05 mm, integrated with automated loading, flattening, and sorting lines that enable fully unmanned production cycles. Complementing these are Yaskawa and KUKA robotic welding systems with multi-axis synchronization and AI-driven weld-tracking, delivering seamless, distortion-free joints compliant with EN ISO 15614 and AWS D1.1 standards.

The factory also features 12-meter automatic pipe cutting and bevel-laser systems, CNC bending and grooving centers, polishing lines, and real-time quality-inspection modules — all interconnected through digital control and process databases. This integration of robotics, laser precision, and intelligent automation ensures consistent, high-tolerance fabrication with over 99.8 % product accuracy, positioning the facility as a next-generation smart manufacturing hub capable of design-to-manufacture excellence across global façade and structural steel applications.
