The Beijing International Convention & Exhibition Center stands as one of China’s most advanced architectural landmarks — and JZM played a defining role in bringing it to life. Through precision steel engineering, robotic automation, and world-class finishing, JZM delivered curtain wall components that combine aesthetic mastery with uncompromising structural performance.
Engineering Challenge
Spanning thousands of square meters of façade surface, the project required high-precision curtain wall steel assemblies capable of supporting complex architectural geometries.
Each component had to meet GB national standards, while maintaining a flawless surface finish and exceptional dimensional accuracy — all within a compressed construction timeline.
Our Solution
JZM deployed its robotic hybrid welding systems, coupled with automated surface treatment and finishing lines, to ensure perfect consistency across all assemblies.
Through real-time monitoring and digital fabrication tracking, every panel was validated for geometry, weld integrity, and tolerance levels before dispatch.
This project showcased JZM’s ability to integrate advanced manufacturing with architectural design, delivering both visual appeal and engineering reliability.
