Each louver was meticulously fabricated with ±1mm tolerance, a level of precision that ensures perfect alignment and structural harmony across the entire façade system. The panels achieved an open-area ratio of over 78%, balancing aesthetic lightness with functional ventilation and mechanical strength.
To guarantee consistency, all surfaces underwent apple-sand bead blasting for a uniform matte finish, free of any color variance or surface imperfections. The fabrication followed EN10088-1:2005 European standards, meeting international benchmarks for corrosion resistance and mechanical integrity — critical in Shenzhen’s coastal climate.
JZM’s multi-stage quality assurance included non-destructive flaw detection, automated dimensional inspection, and full certification traceability for every batch. The outcome was a system that merges visual refinement with engineering reliability.
